![]() ![]() To help with the import/export from 3ds Max to Blender, a Blender user called Silvio Falcinelli just created a set of two scripts that can export a 3ds Max scene to OBJ, and then import that same scene to Blender 2.50 without lose much data. The ideal scenario would be if we could import “*.max†files to Blender, but the format is proprietary and closed, which makes the creation of a script very unlikely. ![]() How good would be to be able to import and export scenes from 3ds Max to Blender? I mean, with all the attributes and even animation. Even in my classroom I have a few students that have to use both Blender and 3ds Max because of their jobs as interns in architectural offices, or animation studios.
